This converted auto garage holds 600 for a reception indoors and an additional 400 in the garden patio. Catering by the B Bar features organic, seasonal and local ingredients. 

Blue Hill at Stone Barn

As a restaurant in partnership with a farm, Blue Hill at Stone Barn's is both a rural escape and a place to reconnect the Farm with the table. The menu designed by Chef Dan Barber celebrates the seasons and the best ingredients the Hudson Valley as to offer.

Butter

Butter is a Portovert Pick; the restaurant features French-American fare featuring organic, seasonal ingredients.Highlights include the Birch Room, an 80-seat venue covered with floor to ceiling birch branches. The main room, which seats 110, is picture perfect for modern treehuggers with a 20-foot high ceiling and a window to another world -- an oversized illuminated photograph at the rear of the restaurant gives the illusion that you're in a birch forest, not in downtown New York.

Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum

The Cooper-Hewitt can accommodate 500 guests in the Arthur Ross Terrace and Garden, Manhattan's largest private oasis. The rental fee --  $25,000 for a five-hour event -- includes access to the museum. The in-house caterer is Restaurant Associates.
